L. Leonard Lundy

L. Leonard Lundy is a principal with Lundy Law and its managing partner. He concentrates his practice in pharmaceutical, nursing home, and securities litigation. Mr. Lundy heads up the firm’s Mass Tort Litigation department. Winning millions of dollars for Lundy Law clients in successful prosecution of Fen Phen, Baycol, Zyprexa, securities, and other types of class action cases, Mr. Lundy also supervises the medical malpractice cases referred to Lundy Law.

Mr. Lundy received his Bachelor of Science degree from Temple University and his Juris Doctor degree with highest honors from John Marshall Law School in Chicago, where he served as Executive Editor of the Law Review. His Masters of Law was obtained with honors from New York University Graduate School of Law, and he holds a Certification of Multi-Course Completion in International Business and Legal Transactions from The Hague Academy of International Law, The Hague, Holland.

Following receipt of his Master of Law, he was Assistant General Counsel from the Agency for International Development of . Department of State in Washington, D.C. Mr. Lundy is admitted to practice before the Courts of Pennsylvania, Illinois, Washington, D.C., and the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. He is a member of the American Association for Justice and the Pennsylvania and Philadelphia Associations for Justice. Mr. Lundy was selected for inclusion in 2011 Pennsylvania Super Lawyers, for which only five percent of the lawyers in the state were selected. He also serves on the boards of numerous philanthropic organizations and is a board member of the Philadelphia Trail Lawyers Association.
