K. Andrew Heinold

K. Andrew (Drew) Heinold tirelessly fights for catastrophically injured plaintiffs in courts across the country, with the majority of his matters in the state and federal courts of Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He is also admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of the United States.

For his entire carreer representing injured clients, Drew has built experience across nearly every discipline of personal injury law, including construction accidents, defective products, sexual assault and human trafficking, auto and commercial trucking accidents, electrical injuries, and premises liability, among others. While at Saltz Mongeluzzi Bendesky, he continued honing his craft by earning a legal master's degree in trial advocacy from Temple University's Beasley School of Law, graduating with honors.

Drew has recovered tens of millions of dollars for his clients and has helped shape personal injury law more broadly through significant appellate victories, including Hangey v. Husqvarna. In Hangey, Drew helped develop the record and arguments that led the Pennsylvania Supreme Court to clarify the state's venue rules, broadening plaintiffs' ability to choose where they bring their case. Since the November 2023 decision, Hangey has already helped injured plaintiffs across Pennsylvania seek justice in the venue of their choice.
