I CAN'T SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS ABOUT CHAD BOONSWANG, JOSEPH MATTIA ~ OUR LEAD ATTORNEY, CAROLINA; AND THE ENTIRE STAFF OF THE BOONSWANG LAW FIRM. MY CASE WAS THE DEATH BENEFIT FOR A SEVEN DIGIT LIFE INSURANCE CLAIM THAT WAS INITIALLY DENIED BY METLIFE. THE INITIAL LAW FIRM I WAS REFERRED TO BY MY TR...UST ATTORNEY DID ABSOLUTELY NOTHING WITH THE CASE EXCEPT REQUESTING MORE AND MORE DOCUMENTATION BEFORE THAT FIRM WOULD COMMIT TO TAKING THE CASE. THIS WENT ON FOR OVER TWO MONTHS UNTIL I DECIDED TO TERMINATE THIS RELATIONSHIP AND FIND A LAW FIRM THAT WOULD HANDLE THE CASE. WELL, I WAS FORTUNATE ENOUGH TO REACH WHAT I CALL "SUPER LAWYERS" ~ MR. CHAD BOONSWANG AND MR. JOSEPH MATTIA OF THE BOONSWANG LAW FIRM. I SPOKE WITH CHAD ON MY VERY FIRST CALL AND AFTER HEARING THE CONTENTS OF THE CASE HE SAID THIS IS A GO!!! THROUGHOUT THE DURATION OF THE CASE, THE WEEKLY COMMINCATION OF PROGRESS REPORTS COULDN'T HAVE BEEN HANDLED ANY MORE EFFICIENT. I AM ELATED TO SAY THAT WE EMERGED VICTORIOUS ABOUT TWO WEEKS AGO IN SETTLEMENT OF FULL FACE VALUE FOR THE ENTIRE DEATH BENEFIT AND THE CHECK IS ALREADY IN HAND. THE BOTTOM LINE IS THAT I WOULD NEVER GO ANYWHERE ELSE SHOULD THE NEED ARISE, AND IT IS MY EVERY HOPE THAT ANYONE READING THIS WILL TAKE THE FIRST STEP IN CONTACTING CHAD OR JOE FOR THEIR CASE.
