Jonathan Krinick

I am an associate in the legal services department of Willig, Williams & Davidson. 

and have been representing individual union members and their families in criminal and bankruptcy matters since 1989. 

My practice involves the representation of clients in criminal, juvenile, traffic, license suspension matters and the expungement of criminal records in Philadelphia and the surrounding Counties.

A significant part of my practice has always involved representing individuals in Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy.

For the past 20 years I have been an adjunct professor at Delaware Law School of Widener University teaching Advanced Trial Methods (Criminal), Intensive Trial Advocacy (ITAP) and Criminal Procedure II: Prosecution and Adjudication.

This past year, I have served as coach for the Delaware Law School mock trial team in the National Trial Competition.

I am proud to have taught a generation of young lawyer using classroom practice simulations and lectures covering a vast array of material such as preparation of pleadings and motions, discovery, examination of witnesses, motions practice and trial strategy.
