Practice areas
Divorce and Separation is a journey, both for the family and for the lawyers. I know the law. It is important that you have an attorney who knows how to get the the bottom of the assets and debts and who will fight for you to keep what you deserve.
Family Law is the most common way that you will interact with the court system. I fight for people who need to file for divorce, child custody, child support. I help those affected by domestic violence and those needing a pre-nuptial agreement.
Child custody cases are the most emotionally draining part of any family law case. If you need a custody order or if you believe your rights to your children are being violated by a biased family court system, I can help.
Mistakes are often made in calculating support. I have practiced support law at every level from the office conference to before the judges on appeal. If you feel you are paying too much support or not getting enough let's re-run the numbers today.
In Pennsylvania & New Jersey you need to fight for alimony - whether you are seeking it or you don't think it's fair. I have over 20 years experience making sure that my clients get the alimony they need or that they aren't paying excessive alimony.
I can help you get hold of your debt and keep your house and cars by filing Chapter 13. Stop the phone calls, get rid of the stress of being in collection. I have practiced bankruptcy law for over 20 years both before and after they changed the law.
I'll fight for you to get a Fresh Start. I can help you discharge your debts and keep your house and automobiles in a Chapter 7 Bankruptcy. Investigate your options to make your debt go away.
If you are accused of domestic violence I will fight for you to get a fair hearing and have the accusations dismissed. If you need a restraining order to protect you and your children I can help!
