That is governed by state statute but usually the time within which to file a Notice of Appeal is 30 days.

I assume you mean "pull you over" and yes the police can pull a car over based upon reasonable suspicion or probable cause.

Since you already have an attorney I sugges you discuss your concerns with him or her.
My son was falsely accused of shoplifting at Walgreens. He was searched while still shopping on the floor.
