Joanne Kelley Kernicky

Annie K. Kernicky is a member of the Litigation, Insurance Coverage, and Labor & Employment Groups at Flaster Greenberg, representing corporate and individual clients in all aspects of commercial litigation.    Prior to joining Flaster Greenberg, Ms. Kernicky worked as a law clerk for The Honorable Albert John Snite, Jr. in the First Judicial District of Pennsylvania, Court of Common Pleas, where she worked on a variety of commercial litigation issues, with an emphasis on insurance coverage, construction contracts, liability issues, and corporate disputes.   Ms. Kernicky received her B.A., cum laude, in Political Science with a minor in Business from Villanova University. She graduated from William & Mary School of Law where she served as senior article editor of the William & Mary Bill of Rights Journal. She currently serves as an associate editor for The Philadelphia Bar Reporter.
