Jason Eric Fine

This lawyer is one of the most dishonest and manipulative people I have ever met. Please see the publicly available information from the Disciplinary Board of the Pennsylvania Supreme Court and news sources, which report disciplinary action against this lawyer for serious professional misconduct affe...cting clients. There is clearly a pattern of unprofessional behavior with this lawyer. He is extremely unresponsive and It is nearly impossible to reach him. Almost every promise he has made—whether to return phone calls or otherwise—has not been kept. He has consistently been disrespectful. Most recently, he screamed at and cursed at me on the phone. Clients can expect to to be constantly threatened with withdrawal. If you value timely communication, professionalism, and basic dignity and respect, do not hire Attorney Jason Fine.

Jason represented me on two cases at the same time for the same injury. An icicle fell on my head and I was diagnosed with a traumatic brain injury. At the end of that case and I was sideswiped by a semi and was knocked unconscious, and was diagnosed with another TBI. Every time I was in panic mod...e Jason reassured me that everything was going to be fine. If you want him to get you the best offer you HAVE to listen to him and TRUST him. He always looked out for my best interest. I live all the way up in Erie, PA and not once did he hesitate on not coming up here to see the judges. My personal favorite memory of him was when we were just moments away from trial and the defense attorney folded and Jason got me what I had asked for. Even the judge said how impressed he was with Jason and all of the work he had done. I am very proud to say that Jason Fine represented me and I have no regrets whatsoever. His work is impeccable and you WILL NOT find another lawyer who puts his all into your case.
