·         Representation of private developers of residential and mixed-use projects, including government-assisted housing, condominiums and other planned developments.

·         Representation of governmental instrumentality charged with the consolidation of the port activities of the Philadelphia and Camden region.

·         Representation of governmental and private entities engaged in public-private joint ventures to rehabilitate public housing.

·         Representation of neighborhood association in connection with community enhancement projects, including comprehensive rezoning and determining feasibility of constructing structured parking for shared use. 

·         Representation of borrowers, issuers, underwriters and others engaged in securities-based financing (including, bonds, mortgage-backed securities and REITs) of medical, industrial, residential and commercial real estate projects.

·         Representation of private developer of large urban waterfront site for mixed uses, including office, retail, hotel, residential, recreational, museum and structured parking uses.
