Gary Mark Feldman

I met Gary 6 years ago and have gone back for his great service multiple times when i needed legal help. During my late teens i was young and very stupid and got into a bit of trouble. I was charged in a criminal case with multiple felonies, and was facing 10 years in prison. I thought my life was ...over. Not only would i spend years in prison , but i would have a felony on my record and would never be able to obtain a good career. Gary represented me in this case and was able to get all the felony counts dropped down to one misdemeanor, and also got rid of all jail time and i only received a few years of probation. I couldn’t believe it. Just when i thought my life was over Gary changed everything. A year later , i got into more trouble and was charged in another criminal case. At the time i was still under probation for my first case. A conviction would have made my situation a-lot worse. I could have had my probation revoked and could have been sent to prison for the remaining period of my probation on top of whatever sentencing i was facing for the new charge. This was another moment when i thought my life was over all again. Happily, Gary was able to get the charge completely thrown out! I was so relieved. I was able to finish out my probation without any issues. Most recently i was I involved in an auto accident. The officer at the scene gave me a citation for “following too closely” which is a moving violation. I currently have my commercial drivers license and I drive tractor trailers for a living. Receiving a conviction for this traffic citation would have really hurt my CDL and probably would have cost me my job. Gary was able to get the moving violation pleaded down to a simple citation for having an out of date inspection sticker! This had no negative affect on my CDL or my employment. I have been more than satisfied with the service received by Gary over the past years. Gary has a great personality, very friendly, honest, and straight forward. He always made me feel optimistic about every case and was always available to answer any questions i had. You can tell he actually truly cares about the outcome of your case and isn’t just looking to take your money which is usually the case with most other lawyers. He really is a genuine great guy and a fantastic lawyer. If I ever need legal help in the future, theres no doubt Gary Feldman will be representing me. I acquired services from Mr. Feldman for multiple criminal cases within the past 2 years. I was facing a lengthy time in prison and was working with a public defender at first and then realized that I needed to pay for a private lawyer which was in the best interest of me. Throughout all of my court ...hearings Mr. Feldman was always on time, never missed a court hearing and always made sure that any decision that was made in the court system was in the best interest of myself. When it came to the financial part of the agreement Mr. Feldman was able to work with me and set up payment plans and was able to give me a fair and reasonable price when it came to charging me for not one but two felonious cases. Mr. Feldman is a very punctual and remarkable attorney I left my trust and freedom in his hands and he was able to keep me home to be with my family. He was the best attorney my family or I have ever dealt with and is for sure there to make the best decisions that are in the better interest for his client. Outside of the courtroom Mr. Feldman and I have developed a great relationship, not only is he there to fight for you and is willing to do whatever he needs to do for your best interest but also a great human being. A loving and caring person with a big heart is the person I can say Mr. Feldman is and never will I forget what he did for me in and out of the courtroom.

I hired Mr Feldman several times in the past, most notably for custody and support cases. To say I was satisfied with his work and professionalism in both instances would be a gross understatement. Mr Feldman not only got me a better result than anticipated but he impressed me so much so that I refer...red him several times to close friends and family for cases ranging from run of the mill to very serious. To this day I’ve yet to hear from anyone involved in those instances, anything other than gratefulness and appreciation. I would also add that in over 90% of those cases, based on personal knowledge of those involved, Mr Feldman charged much less than what was anticipated compared to other attorneys and in all of the aforementioned situations, worked with each person regarding payment to make it easier on them.
