Frederick Ira Weinstein

I have no problem with Mr. Weinstein or the receptionist laura. They are very professional. This is my second lawyer within 4 years with the same accident and this is like the third paralegal in four years for the same case. The problem i have is everyone being brought up to date with my case. I was ...told all of my medical records and everything was received. I had a depositon and the new attorney told me that all of my medical information was not received. That was unprofessional. I don't feel we were really for the depostion because some of my medical diagnosis from different Dr's were not available. When i call about my case the attorney never have any new information. I'm not sure if he really believe me. That's not good. The lawyer before him wouldn't return my calls for updates. This attorney doesn't keep me informed but when i call him. He always takes my call. He never have anything to tell me. It's been four years. I just don't believe this is the best lawyer. He was recommended to me by lundy law.

Mr. Weinstein took care of two accident cases for me and I was very pleased with the outcome. He thoroughly explain the entire process on how the case would be handled and he kept me informed when new information came about. There was no need for him to call me on a daily basis because he was doing... his job which he does well.

He never stay intouch with a cleint and you meet him one time and that is it ! What lawyer take a case and tell you weeks after it is time to settle that you cant get pay because of this and that and you no from the door if you can win money.Something is not right with this picture and I am going to... get to the bottom of this .He got me and I fell it. And every other month there is a new prelegal working there !
