I focus my practice on complex litigation matters in the areas of commercial litigation, employment law, products liability, and catastrophic sports injury defense. I represent clients in a variety of disputes including claims for breach of contract, products liability and tort, breach of fiduciary duty, fraud and fraudulent transfers, successor liability and piercing the corporate veil, partnership dissolution, professional malpractice, and employment practices.

I counsel clients in their efforts to comply with their legal obligations and to avoid the pitfalls of litigation altogether.

I also counsel individuals, school systems, and organizations on catastrophic sports injury matters, the proper management of sport-related concussions and other sport-related injuries, and traumatic brain injury (TBI) matters. I frequently present and publish articles on these legal issues and how these individuals and institutions can minimize their risk of legal liability for sport-related injuries and defend against lawsuits arising out of sport-related events.
