Douglas Scott Wiggins

D. Scott Wiggins is a Senior Attorney wielding over two decades of game-changing approaches to client representation in different law areas including criminal and school law hearings, personal injury, and employment law.

A former elementary and secondary independent schools senior-level administrator and teacher, he blends his unique experiences and expertise to protect liberties and rights, resolve disputes, and ensure justice.

Mr. Wiggins received the Dean's Outstanding Service Award during his time in Sandra Day O’Connor School of Law at Arizona State University, his passion for law and how it is dispensed saw him through hurdles and years of learning to uphold law and order before the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania as an attorney in criminal trials and legal matters related to education.

A member of the Colorado bar, Mr. Wiggins has multiple appearances in courts defending clients in criminal lawsuits, civil rights litigations, and personal injury trials across state and federal courts in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the State of Colorado.
