Donald Joseph Feinberg

I am an honors grqduate of Temple University School of Law where I graduated from in 1993. I returned to Law School in 2004 and obtained my Masters of Law degree in Trial Advocacy. I have been trying personal injury cases since passing the bar exam in 1993. I have tried cases in over twenty different counties in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. 

I handle medical malpractice and other professional malpractice matters as well as car accident, fall down cases, negligent security cases and nursing home cases.

In light of my experience and success I now offer clients affordable contingent fees. My fees start as low as 20% and do not exceed 32.5% depending upon the type of case and how much work is needed to get a client's case to conclusion. My lower fees can get clients upto $ more for every 10, of settlement.

I personally handle every aspect of my clients' cases. I also believe that it is an honor to work with clients and comit myself to responding to every client inquiry in a timely and professional manner.
