Over seven years, I have litigated pharmaceutical products liability and environmental toxic tort cases from cradle to grave.

My focus within the environmental arena is toxic tort and environmental litigation. My experience spans from prelitigation to trial.

Recently, I successfully argued before the NJ Appellate Division in a toxic tort case. I also won at the NJ Supreme Court level on the papers.

My experience in the class action arena is in both NJ and PA. In both states, I litigated a purported class action in which plaintiffs alleged claims of toxic tort claims.
