Daniel S. Weinstock

Daniel S. Weinstock focuses his practice on representing families of children with cerebral palsy and brain or spinal cord injuries caused by medical negligence.  He has won multi-million dollar verdicts and settlements against obstetricians, pediatricians and other healthcare providers in 16 different states, and he has won multi-million dollar verdicts and settlements of $10 million or more in 6 states.

$78.5 million record-breaking verdict in a Philadelphia birth injury case.

$30.5 million verdict in Georgia birth injury case.

$20 million record-breaking pre-trial settlement of a Central Pennsylvania neonatal brain injury case.

$16.05 million record-breaking pre-trial settlement of a Massachusetts neonatal brain injury case.

$16 million record-breaking verdict in an upstate New York birth injury case.

Dan has been named a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer every year since 2005, and is listed among the Top 100 Lawyers in both Philadelphia and Pennsylvania. He also teaches trial advocacy to students at the Widener University School of Law and serves as an adjunct professor of trial advocacy at the Temple University Beasley School of Law, where he teaches trial strategy and technique to practicing attorneys seeking an LL.M in Trial Advocacy.

Dan holds a plenary license to practice law in the state and federal courts of Pennsylvania and New Jersey, North Carolina, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, and the U.S. Supreme Court. He also has handled cases in Arizona, Arkansas, California, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Missouri, New York, Ohio, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Texas, and West Virginia when admitted on a pro hac vice basis
