Damien Nicholas Tancredi

Damien Nicholas Tancredi is a member of Flaster Greenberg's Bankruptcy, Financial Restructuring and Risk Management Department as well as the firm's Litigation Department. He focuses his practice on bankruptcy, specifically representing unsecured creditors and creditors’ committees, chapter 7 trustees and chapter 11 debtors. He also represents businesses in commercial litigation and corporate matters in Delaware, Philadelphia and South Jersey.

Mr. Tancredi is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania, Delaware and New Jersey as well as the United States District Court for the districts of Eastern Pennsylvania, Delaware, and New Jersey.

A graduate of Widener University School of Law in Wilmington, Delaware, magna cum laude, Mr. Tancredi received his J.D. and a Business Organization Law Certificate, with honors and pro bono distinctions. He was a recipient of the prestigious Dean’s Award at Widener Law and served as a member of the Widener Law Review. He received his B.A. from Temple University, cum laude, with a triple major in psychology, criminal justice, and sociology.

Mr. Tancredi served as a judicial clerk to the Honorable Jerome O. Herlihy of the Superior Court of Delaware in Wilmington. Additionally, he served as a judicial clerk for the Honorable Henry duPont Ridgely of the Supreme Court of Delaware through the Josiah Oliver Wolcott Fellowship. Prior to joining Flaster Greenberg, Mr. Tancredi was a bankruptcy attorney at Cozen O’Connor.
