Carolyn J. Maddaloni

Carolyn J. Maddaloni is an associate in the Real Estate group of Spector Gadon & Rosen, P.C.  She has experience representing real estate developers, lenders and private and institutional investors in a broad range of matters, including acquisitions and dispositions, financings, joint ventures and the development of commercial real estate projects.  She has also represented local, regional and national tenants and landlords in negotiating office and retail leases.

Prior to joining Spector Gadon & Rosen, Ms. Maddaloni was an associate at the Philadelphia firm of Wolf Block LLP.  She clerked in Pennsylvania for Superior Court Judge Vincent A. Cirillo and for Judge David A. Scholl of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.

Ms. Maddaloni received her J.D. from the Temple University Beasley School of Law and her undergraduate degree, magna cum laude, from Ursinus College where she was a member of Phi Beta Kappa.  She was admitted to practice in Pennsylvania in 2002.
