Total theif. Inept in court. Not only will you embarrassed in court and lose - you'll be out $$$ from this scammer. He pumps you up like you have a winning case and he hasn't read any of your documents. He brings none of your evidence to court and you end up looking like a fool. He runs his "argument...s" through AI though he clearly doesn't even know how to use it. He takes your money and runs. Apparently he's been doing this for years and is considered a joke by the courts. Believe the 1 star reviews. You'd be better off representing yourself. Stay far away from Bart Levy.

Using this attorney will put your case in jeopardy. He is a negotiation at best but, poor at that. He lost the case to a college student, cost me thousands of dollars. He will talk a good game until he gets your payment. If he remembers your court date don't expect alot for this substandard attorney.... The only thing he is good at is talking crap. I do recommend this lawyer, he took my case , wasn't expensive, he gave us good advise, We won the case, he took his time to explain everything to us and what was our chances, we decided to go forward and we won the case, this was about 5 yrs ago, we recommend him to 3 other people and he also won t...heir case for them, if I ever need a landlord and tenant lawyer I will go to him again, but he gave us some tips on how to protect our self from bad landlord so we won't had to be in a bad position again
