Alan Michael Herman

Alan M. Herman focuses his practice on complex personal injury matters, including medical malpractice, nursing home negligence, automobile accidents and construction litigation. His extensive litigation and trial experience has resulted in multiple recoveries of more than $1 million by way of verdict, award or settlement.

Alan's experience in the field of complex plaintiff personal injury litigation dates back over 35 years. Through the vast array of clients over those years and varying circumstances underlying their claims, he has developed a unique insight into the strategies and litigation skills necessary to maximize the recovery on behalf of clients. Since 2006, Alan has been recognized annually by Philadelphia Magazine's "Super Lawyers" in the area of Medical Malpractice, an honor received by only a select group of the lawyers in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. He has served on the Board of Directors of the Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association, lectured to fellow attorneys on various topics related to personal injury litigation and was appointed an investigator to the Pennsylvania Commission on Judicial Selection and Retention.
