Not trustworthy and does not do what is required for your case.

Just a summary of what could (and should) be a very long review: One major thing I want anyone considering him to know, he only contacts you after you call him and sometimes it takes you calling repeatedly to get that call back. The answer is always "It takes time" and/or "We are taking care of i...t". You will not be kept informed of anything what-so-ever. When my court case finally came up, another attorney was there. Adam Taylor had gone on his honeymoon but didn't feel it was necessary to let me know. Second major thing - and the biggest - I received an 'Unfavorable' decision. Two days later I received a letter from him saying sorry, but they couldn't do anything else for me. No phone call. How rude. More importantly, several days later I had someone read the 12 page unfavorable letter from Social Security and explain it to me (my disability took away most comprehension from reading). Most of the stuff that was in the letter and what the judge was saying they based their decision on is wrong!! The reasons I was denied was because the judge said I wasn't seeing doctors and therapists. Adam Taylor and the Disability Law Advocates had never gotten the records from the numerous doctors I had repeatedly called him and told him I was seeing over the past 2 years. They were never sent to the Social Security Administration!! I now have to start all over again. I know it is a horrible time and you just want who seems like they care, but please, do your research first. Taking a couple of days or even weeks to find the RIGHT lawyer or group to represent you will save you so much more (losing your house, spiraling into depression, etc.) in the long run.

I regret that your experience was not a better one. The waiting period is long and it is impossible to get in touch with everyone as often as they'd like. Often, there is nothing new to report as we wait for a hearing. I return all calls and emails within 24 hours, usually much quicker so I can't explain your experience but to say it is abnormal for me and my firm. After further review of the Judge's decision in your claim, it appears that, after receiving the complete medical record, the Judge believed that you had a disability but not to the level that kept you out of all employment. Well done

Adam Taylor was the perfect lawyer for me. He got me the money I wanted but, more importantly, kept me up-to-date on everything that was going on and helped me feel at ease. I've recommended him several clients and they've all been very happy with his service. He was great in always telling me wh...ere we had issues and how we would get past them.
