Words don’t do “justice” when it comes to commending how great of a lawyer Will is. So here’s my humble attempt. Will is a great attorney if you ever find yourself in trouble with the law, or if the law finds trouble with you. He is very personable, takes time and dedicates great effort in find...ing out about your case, works diligently and patiently with you throughout the process, and delivers outstanding results in the end. In other words, he CARES!! I’m speaking from personal experience. After trying and failing to find the right attorney to represent me in a case that was outlandish from the start, I was fortunate enough to find Will. I’ve been very satisfied with how he handled the case throughout the process and is always just one call or text away whenever you need him. In the end, the felony charges were dropped, and probation was the outcome. And I’m confident even if I ever have questions or concerns with the case post-judgement, I can always go to Will, and he will be there for me. Just imagine the peace of mind that brings. So on a Friday night, I went up to Manhattan to see a friend we had dinner then I left as he lived with his parents in the Bronx and I was only 19 at the time and could not qualify for a hotel room. I was originally supposed to be up there for the weekend, so late that Friday night I took the Lincoln... tunnel back over to Jersey and decided it would be fine to sleep in my car. I ended up sleeping in a Raymour and Flanigan parking lot Secaucus NJ, however I forgot that I had at the time an airsoft pistol with me specifically in my glove box, as I felt it was a safe place to store it. I had the night before just finished playing airsoft with some buddies of mine in Pennsylvania where I live. I bought the gun legally in PA without a license to carry requiring, only my drivers license for age verification, as airsoft, is legal in the state of Pennsylvania. Anyway, it was late at night in Secaucus so I pulled into the parking lot and I parked sideways across the parking spaces and fell asleep a few hours later around 6 AM, Secaucus PD responded to report of a suspicious vehicle, (my car) my vehicle had a fabric covered on the windows to block out the ambient light from the parking lot so I could get some decent sleep which I suppose drew suspicion. I was awakened by the officer who informed me of the report. And I asked to see my license registration and insurance I briefly remembered that I had the gun in the glove box so before opening the glove box, I notified the officer who then told me to step out of the car, where he would then pass to search the vehicle. After the gun was found I was arrested on a felony possession of a firearm a third-degree felony in the state of New Jersey was booked, processed, and then released pending a court hearing. I promptly found Will after reading his reviews online, and immediately hired him who knocked my sentence down from 5 years to 12 months probation. One fantastic lawyer

I referred to Mr Weiss through an old lawyer I knew. And boy I am not disappointed. I just left the lower court house where Mr. Weiss got the charges lowered enough to where I am not on any probation and my proceedings ended today.
