I decided it was time to clear up and address very old warrants from NJ. All “disorderly conducts” from between 2000 and 2008. So far I’m very impressed with Will. In just a few weeks we were able to have 6 or 7 warrants either dismissed or court dates scheduled. We are still waiting to hear back fr...om one court. Fingers crossed because that is the one we are most concerned with. Will is easy to talk to and very down-to-earth. I’m impressed with his honesty and not making promises he can’t deliver on and being straightforward. I appreciate him understanding the anxiety I’ve been living with for over 20 years and not being annoyed with me for texting him (sometimes I just get in my head). He has replied to my texts in a timely manner, especially considering how busy lawyers can get. I appreciate him not judging me for my past and treating me with the utmost respect. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I hired William Weiss (aka Will) for two different cases, and both times he delivered outstanding results. In my first case, my car made the news and the police came ready to kick in my door. I called Will immediately — he stepped in, put a stop to everything, and reassured me that I... would be okay and that my door wouldn’t be kicked in. Later on, when major crime detectives had my car as evidence, Will worked back and forth with the detective on the case and got my car back for me within a few weeks — even though they originally said I wouldn’t get it back until after the case was over. Hummmm..........There isn't enough that I can say about Will and his performance in my case. I am a big rig car transporter,transporting cars from South Florida to the North East. I was pulled over by a DOT Trooper for an inspection. This is standard,but I just had one about 3 weeks prior. I could te...ll that he wasn't one of the reasonable officers. He only asked me for my license and registration. He did not want my DOT package with other important documents. When the officer checked for my vin plate,he noticed that it had fallen off. My 25 year old,7 car trailer only had 1 vin plate. I showed him every ownership document that I had,but he didn't care. He towed my trailer with all of my customers cars on it and 2 days later I had to pay the tow company $10,600 CASH!!!!!..... Only to get my customer's cars out. They kept my trailer and threatened to destroy my trailer in 20 days . After calling the State Police and other attorneys, this Trooper retaliated against me an gave me 2 criminal charges,saying that i purposely removed the vin to my own trailer that ive been using for years. He also gave me 6 traffic tickets. I hired William and after 5 months of court the charges were dropped and I ended up with 2 tickets which were $25 each. I still had to pay $14,000 cash to the tow truck company to get my trailer back. My Business is ruined and I may not recover,but William went to battle for me,kept me out of jail and I got my trailer back. William did exactly what he said he would do. The people need excellent attorneys like Will to fight for us. You can't put a price on freedom, but he his definitely fair.
