I was recommended to Mr. BERK . I WAS TOLD BY HIM TO APPLY FOR MY DISABILITY MYSELF BECAUSE 99.9 % OF APPLICANTS ARE DENIED , HE SAID IF I WAS DENIED HE WOULD TAKE MY CASE . I WON MY CASE MYSELF I DID ALL OF MY OWN WORK BECAUSE HE DIDNT HEAR FROM ME IN 2 MONTHS HE SENT A LETTER TO DISABILITY STATING ...THAT HE WAS REPRESENTING ME . UNDER THESE CIRCUMSTANCES DISABILITY SENT HIM $3750.00 OF MY HARD EARNED MONEY AND HE DID NOT ONE THING FOR ME !!!!! I CONTACTED HIM BY TELEPHONE HE WAS SO LOUD AND TALKING OVER ME THAN HUNG THE PHONE UP ON ME !!!I CONTACTED THE BAR ASSOCIATION OF PHILADELPHIA . ITS GOOD TO KEEP ALL OF YOUR RECORDS WHO YOU TALK TO WHAT DAY ETC . I HAVE ALL OF THIS INFORMATION AND I WILL WIN MY CASE IN FRONT OF THE PHILADELPHIA BAR ASDOCIATION. I WOULD NOT RECOMMENDED MR. BERK FOR ANYTHING!!

Mr. Berk was a tremendous help with my family's disability case. I highly recommend him to anyone that has trouble working due to their health. He is intelligent, fast and on top of things.
