It does not seem possible that is a Felony 2 and serious.
My friend has been in custody for almost a week and a few days because he had warrant out for his arrest.

Probably felonies could go federal. He could be facing multiple years in jail.

If no requests then you dont have to turn over. Just remember it could be precluded too
