Yes they can just testify as to their observations so you should fight the case.

Not clear on the lawyer testifying usually unless parties lawyers do not testify. If they are provable then I would first suggest a contempt...

It doesn't work that way. You have been removed from ARD so now you have a warrant. Get the warrant lifted first and hope for the best. Even better...
