You should have an attorney return the call the investigate the matter further. It is very important to protect your rights here.

Sounds like it is too old to proceed. You would have to show good cause to proceed this late.

You took limited tort when you signed up for your policy. You may fall under one of the exceptions to the policy.

If your not around that should be ok. But if you are there and it appears that you helped minors get drunk then your citation could disrupt your ARD.

Usually you must be sentenced promptly. Perhaps your lawyer asked for more time to work on your sentencing arguments.
