This is not a medical malpractice question but it would back on the police background check on NCIC. Speak to a lawyer about getting it sealed.

Hard to say maybe. Your injuries should checked out. If you don't have insurance your injury may be able to refer to a treatment facility.

They take his fingerprints before he goes in so if he had a detainer or something then it would have hit when he went in.
