If it is in court proceedings one can subpoena them to show the court whatever they are trying to prove, I would suppose they would say it makes...

Is he a minor? If he is over 18 yes you can kick him out if he does not have a lease with you.

Sounds great. Suggest starting up a LLC and getting a tax ID. Operating agreement would be good too.
