Not sure if anyone is hurt but yes the owner is liable for giving his car to an unlicensed driver.

Hard to say if you will stay in you would have to surrender and then try to get bond. The charges and your background is important here

Not sure what the summons is for what may be of greater importance is whether there may be an insurance claim against you. I would recommend you...

One you many want to ask his lawyer but based on your question it would be up to the parole board. Possible 18 months.
