I have an LLC Corp with my husband. I need to get him off and add someone else. How do I do this?

The LLC would have a meeting where new members added and member removed. Minutes of this meeting would be maintained.

Because you are saying he difficult and lying your best bet is to meet with a lawyer to help you do this. Fling your own response is very risky.

The prosecutor would be your lawyer in the criminal case. In the PFA you are free to hire someone to help you make sure he never gets around you...

I do not know why you can't get counsel to help you. Just ask to have a meeting with a family lawyer from this site.

If they are biological cousins then it is a crime in PA and they could be prosecuted. They should consult with criminal defense counsel and family...
