This is a mess. The liens are just against you and now you have to defend the cases and countersue your sister.

Not sure what the doc will say. It should be a quit claim deed under proper PA regs.

I am not sure why you cannot sell it. Usually all property can be sold. Perhaps you could dontate it to a charity?

Had a disability hearing on 6-9 called 7-22 and they said judge made a decision and it in the decision writers. is this good?

Its hard to say if it is good or bad. A decision will shortly be issued and you will know. If you do not like the decision you are free to appeal....
