I would suggest speaking to a lawyer there and see if they can help you with the underlying suspension. That would really be the best plan.

It would be a small claims case filed in your local magistrate court.
After my resignation, My employer cancelled my health coverage before my last day, without notice. Still withdrew funds

Sounds like you would be eligible for COBRA so get that first and then consider filing a claim against the employer.
