Yes you can specify what damages both defendant's should suffer accordingly. You can also have them joint and several.

I am very sorry to hear about your troubles. If you hold the PFA then you can drop it by notifying the Judge if she has one then it is up to her.

Was someone hurt seriously based on this? If not you do not have a case for product liability.
