Sounds like a civil question not a criminal one. The PA Rules of Civil Procedure allows for alternative pleadings.

Not sure of the date here but it is a two year statute and yes you can sue someone who left practice BUT your damages sound questionable.

Sounds like a return of escrows to me if you want to dispute you cannot sell your property to anyone else. It will be in limbo
