They can call a doctor its their case to prove. You have the right to have a lawyer defend your right to drive.

Judgments don't cancel each other out. They are separate and each are alive until they settle out.

If it is unregistered then the vehicle is illegal and can be impounded. You can have a lawyer challenge the summons.
Will someone call you to tell you are being served with a civil law suit and ask if you're going to be home.
