It sounds like you have a claim so I would suggest having a lawyer help you get the money you deserve.

You might be it would depend on the exact wording of the ARD. The DA has different conditions based on each case.

Yes you have a case. It must be within one year of the sale however. Also the mediation clause will control as well.

7-2016 has already happened. Yes she needs a lawyer right away. She can spend more time in jail. Perhaps her detainer can be lifted by a good lawyer.

Yes you can be charged a bullet flying in the air eventually has to come down. You can also be charged with REAP. Please get legal help right away....

To start with your tape recording is a felony in PA. So now you have admitted to committing two crimes. I would suggest getting a lawyer right away...

Sure you already had your ARD so now you are looking at a conviction for weed and possible driver license suspension. You need a lawyer right away.
