I am a client of tom hollond and I had spinal surgery in my neck. The insurance company gave me a hard time from the very beginning of my injury and that continues to date. In the beginning I was getting underpaid, I was a truck driver and worked mandatory overtime, workers compensation was paying me... for 40 hours. They have sent me to four independent medical exames where the doctors say I'm healed, it’s absolutely amazing to me how a doctor could ignore what’s actually going on with me and say that. I was always under the impression that if you get hurt at work that the insurance would keep you covered, I realized quickly that was not the case and the best move I ever made was hiring tom hollond. Listen, I’m hurt and it’s permanent, I have to live with that but there are times I do have trouble dealing with the mental stress that the insurance company puts you through, especially at the hearings where I’m treated like a criminal, but tom has taking time out many times to calm me down and explain to me step by step what’s going on. Sometimes 10:00 pm he will call just to see how I’m doing. I have recommended Tom may times to people I know with confidence they will be treated the same as me.
