While Mimm was a public defender he never once defended my son, he was just there to make 'deals'. My son was illegally stopped while driving, and the cop search his car with a vague 'probable cause' and he never once advise us about 'motion to suppress evidence'. I had to find out about this law ...by searching the internet and asking other lawyers. Now I know, but back then, it was his duty to advise us. A " small" probation and fine if he pleaded guilty he said, for paraphernelia, that turned out to be loosing our rights, parole officers bugging us and $1.087 dollars. A record should've ben avoided for my son was at the time 18 yrs old
