Attorney Robert Craig

He represented me against my slum landlord that wasn't doing anything to the property but was always coming to collect his rent he fought for my rights to make sure i didn't have any judgements against me and made sure i can save up enough money to move living there for a couple of months rent free...... If you looking for a Attorney to fight for you against your landlord call Robert Craig he will get the job done.

Incredible

Craig attig was very helpful through this eviction process. He won our case and for a very affordable price. Would recommend him again.

Mr.

I found Mr. Attig to be quite knowledgeable with regards to landlord tenant eviction laws and procedures in Philadelphia. Walked me through each step and was proficient with following up on the pertinent dates. Will definitely hire him again in the event of another eviction in Philadelphia

Landlord tenet complaint

Mr Attig . Showed tremonous strength for us in resolving something that we as tenants would have never know within the law. Excellent service and very professional

Outstanding Service!

Attorney Craig, was one of the best lawyers that I have had represented me. I am a landlord who needed to evict my tenants due to many unauthroized occupants living in the property. He is very professional and knowledgeable and will advocate for clients' positions in negotiations, at trials or in he...arings. He has also demonstrated the ability to identify and properly analyze complex issues. I won my case and my tenants were evicted from the property. I would highly recommend Attorney Craig to anyone seeking an excellent attorney.

Suspension issued in PA, 2016

updated on 03/05/2018

Suspended means an attorney lost his or her license to practice law for a period of time. The attorney typically returns to practicing law when the suspension expires.

Robert’s comment:

“In 2011, my ex-wife filed claims against me in an attempt to obtain control of funds I was holding for my three children, funds that were to be given to them when they turned 21 years old. No attorney-client money was involved. I did everything in my power to protect the funds, a decision that was not universally popular. All claims were settled in 2016 once all the children were 21 years and older. I agreed to a one-year suspension, which ran from 1/2/2017 through 1/31/2018.”
