Extensive knowledge base

Excellent lawyer with deep understanding. Highly recommended. He worked with me even after normal business hours.

Peace of mind

I hired Craig to get back my security deposit from a landlord who was illegally withholding it which was becoming a very stressful situation. After my initial consultation with Craig, I knew having him in my corner would help win the case and I immediately had peace of mind. Not only did Craig keep m...e informed every step of the way, he ended up winning our case which I am very grateful for. I can’t recommend him enough!

He won our case against our lying landlord

Exceptional representation by Craig! Facing a difficult landlord who unjustly withheld our security deposit and even counter-sued with baseless claims, we were fortunate to have Craig on our side. His knowledge of both common and obscure landlord/tenant laws proved invaluable in court. Watching Craig... in action was like watching a Hollywood film about an attorney that could aptly be titled "The Shark." Thanks to Craig's expertise, not only were the false claims dismissed, but we also received double our deposit back along with attorney's fees and court costs. Highly recommend Craig!

Best investment I’ve ever made :)

The best money I’ve ever invested in. In five minutes of my payment I was given immediate relief from Robert. He called me back and told me I had a strong case based off of paperwork that was misfiled. He erased 4000+ dollars in debt based off of paperwork and gave me two months extra to be able to m...ove. I’m very grateful for his services.

Superior Service

My family had become a victim of a "slum lord". We were skeptical on who would represent us and take into consideration all that we had been going through with the property management company. Immediately after our consultation, our fears were set aside. He took our case and won. Not once but twice. ...We never had to step foot in the court house, he handled everything with ease. He doesn't judge you or immediately side with the owner. Be up front with him and have all your ducks in a row so that he can breeze through your case as well. Not all tenants are "bad tenants ". If you are in need of a lawyer and you are NOT at fault This is your GUY!!

Professional misconduct

This lawyer was disciplined by a state licensing authority in 2016.

Suspension issued in PA, 2016

updated on 03/05/2018

Suspended means an attorney lost his or her license to practice law for a period of time. The attorney typically returns to practicing law when the suspension expires.

Robert’s comment:

“In 2011, my ex-wife filed claims against me in an attempt to obtain control of funds I was holding for my three children, funds that were to be given to them when they turned 21 years old. No attorney-client money was involved. I did everything in my power to protect the funds, a decision that was not universally popular. All claims were settled in 2016 once all the children were 21 years and older. I agreed to a one-year suspension, which ran from 1/2/2017 through 1/31/2018.”
