I hired Mr. Badet to handle my divorce, he was ill prepared for my case when we went to court. Despite my willingness and urging to meet and discuss information regarding my case. He did not attempt to challenge the fact that my husband was claiming to make $960 a month but living in a $800 rental an...d has a $450 car note among other expenses. He negotiated a deal with my husbands Attorney and did not disclose all the details of the deal or explain it to ensure I was fully aware of what my obligations were in the agreement. As a result I am paying APL and 69% of my ex-husbands unreimbursed medical fees. He did not inform me of the necessary filings required on my behalf in response to my ex-husbands filings regarding my divorce. He didn't even put himself on the Docket as the representing Attorney. My personal experience was a NIGHTMARE!!!
