Rand Spear

My case wasn't a million dollar law suit and they treated me as such. 3 paralegals bailed on my case without keeping me updated. I called the office SEVERAL times with ZERO call back from anyone. I'm sure I would've been treated with a lot more respect if my case was worth more. They're all about the... money and they don't care about the little people unless there are huge $$$ involved

Rand Spear is a thief,a con man and an all around despicable person. After settlement instead of giving you your money, they put it in their account and figure out how to screw you, their clients, out of every penny they can. Doesn't matter to Rand Spear that you have a broken leg and can't work, he ...will (and did) tell you to stop worrying about the settlement money and get a job. He even went so far as to suggest that I ask my friend and boss if he would be willing to hire me back! I'm sure he would Rand Spear, if only he didn't DIE in the same accident!!!! The Attorneys on my case was very informative at all times . I chose to take the first settlement I was informed that it should take like 2 weeks to 30 days now I can’t get an update and it’s been over 3 months now . The person handling the settlement won’t even answer my email or calls . And I repea...tedly email I am only trying to get an update once you give me that I will know something.
