Bad communication and misreprestation
Mary was extremely responsive in the first few days. Once she received her first payment she was very hard to get in touch with. Mary missed court, and would go to the prison for "attorney visits" and then say she was doing a welfare check when the client got down to see her. She "negotiated" a deal ...
