I hired Lisa after an unprofessional experience with another law firm. Lisa was by my side every step of the way and I felt that she truly represented me. We are a fairly large foster care agency in Philadelphia, in which issues around child welfare often arise as we work diligently in case management as well as for the safety, permanency and wellbeing of all that we serve. Often times there are issues with not just the child's wellbeing but working wi...th the various entities that also serve and have vested interests in the child we serve as a subcontractor. Lisa was retained in a situation that required fast expediency and knowledge of the law, she was Professional and exerted a high level of on command history of the law as it was applicable to the service of our organizations needs. In the end we were very pleased at her ability to perform on command with a highly complex case that entailed multiple agencies with little then 12 hours notice. I was in need of a good lawyer that was caring and passionate and not just looking to take people's hard earned money. I needed a lawyer to file an appeal on my behalf to overturn judge's ruling that my son was to go live with his father primarily and with me three weekends out of the month. This is... to take affect a year and half after she made her ruling. My ex husband came to court with no factual information only hear say and that was good enough for the judge. After the ruling I contacted Ms.Harding and the first time we talked she listened to everything I had to say and did not rush me off the phone and was very knowledgeable. After our conversation I hired Ms. Harding to appeal to superior court on my behalf. Not only did she move very quickly she let me know what was going on every step of the way. If I didn't understand something she would explain it to me to put my mind at ease. It was never a time I had to guess about what was going on, she would let me know right away. Even though superior court said the judge did not follow the guidelines, unfortunately they still upheld the judge's decision. If I would have had Ms. Harding when I first started going to court with my ex husband I would not have needed to file an appeal in the first place because it would have been in my favor. I definitely would hire Ms. Harding again. KUDOS to Ms.Harding!!!
