I was in need of a good lawyer that was caring and passionate and not just looking to take people's hard earned money. I needed a lawyer to file an appeal on my behalf to overturn judge's ruling that my son was to go live with his father primarily and with me three weekends out of the month. This is... to take affect a year and half after she made her ruling. My ex husband came to court with no factual information only hear say and that was good enough for the judge. After the ruling I contacted Ms.Harding and the first time we talked she listened to everything I had to say and did not rush me off the phone and was very knowledgeable. After our conversation I hired Ms. Harding to appeal to superior court on my behalf. Not only did she move very quickly she let me know what was going on every step of the way. If I didn't understand something she would explain it to me to put my mind at ease. It was never a time I had to guess about what was going on, she would let me know right away. Even though superior court said the judge did not follow the guidelines, unfortunately they still upheld the judge's decision. If I would have had Ms. Harding when I first started going to court with my ex husband I would not have needed to file an appeal in the first place because it would have been in my favor. I definitely would hire Ms. Harding again. KUDOS to Ms.Harding!!!

I asked an attorney friend of mine to refer me to a great lawyer that could handle my case. Once I laid out what the issues were, he immediately referred me to Lisa Harding. He said she was the right person to handle my case and she would understand my position as an African American mother. He wa...s right! Lisa had agreed to represent me only a few weeks before the hearing. I was able to provide her with what she needed, as prior to me retaining her, I was representing myself. However, due to all the emotions, I knew I needed an attorney that was going to get the job done and stick to facts, as well as object to those things that were not compliant by law. That was the best money I spent and If I had to use Attorney Harding again, I WILL!! She was in there like Olivia Pope ;-) and I walked out of there with my son! I even saw her handle herself in the hall when his father and family tried to keep me from walking out of there with my son. I was confident, my witnesses were confident and we were victorious! Lisa is knowledgeable, hard working and totally down to earth! She has a lot of experience & knowledge in domestic/support cases. She worked diligently and kept me informed on what I needed to know. Unfortunately all of LIsa's hard work was not taken into consideration while making the judgement for ...my claim. The support master totally disregaurded the info that was provided in BLK & WHT ink! Overall, I was happy with the services that I recieved.

Lisa is a professional. Very knowledgeable in her field. I felt comfortable and confident having her on my side. My case was a domestic abuse case. We met at her office, she went over everything and came up with a plan. Called me that week with some Q&A's. When we went to court the judge dismissed ...the case. She made it look easy but that's just because she is good at what she does. I would strongly recommend using Lisa if you have any type of domestic, marital, custody, ect...problems.
