I cannot recommend this attorney based on the following reason(s): - communication had been challenging to put it mildly, documents and forms went missing without apologies from the office staff who appears to be comfortable blaming any snafu on the post office or insurance company. They even sugges...t that if a form or document has not been received by their office and it was the client's responsibility to mail it, the client "probably didn't send it." Staff assumes highly condescending attitude toward client (me), often citing difficulties in their line of work: it's always the insurance company's fault when something goes wrong, a constant blame game. From my own experience dealing with this office for several months, I mostly remember the offensive approach to my treatment as a client, lacking interpersonal skills on the staff's part and ultimately sense of relief when our professional relationship ended. Cannot and will not recommend.
