Kathleen Joan Seligman

Kate Seligman is a litigator focused on construction and commercial litigation matters and she is a Co-Chair of the Horn Williamson Construction Defect Team.  She represents contractors, subcontractors, construction managers and owners, in single and multi-party litigation in both federal and state courts. Kate manages a variety of construction disputes including mechanics’ liens, bond claims and payment claims, as well as litigation involving changed conditions and project delays.

Knowing that not all client issues are resolved in court, mediation or arbitration, Kate strives to provide a total solution. Sometimes a solution can be as small as one letter, other times Kate works with the Horn Williamson team to create a communications plan and get the media involved.

Litigation can often be a complex and daunting process.
