Joseph D. Cronin

Mr. Joesph D. Cronin hustled me out of $1700 dollars during what was supposed to be a free consultation to review my case. I never met Joseph Cronin before 8/28/18 and had only just contacted him for the first time on 8/27/18 to discuss a potential civil case. After that brief call he even text me to... come into his office the following day to review my case. I assumed this was only going to be an hour at most and a free consultation according to the advertisement on his website and to review some evidence to let me know if I even had a potential lawsuit. Within the first 20 min of our or meeting Mr. Joseph Cronin stood up and said he needed to run back to his personal home real fast to check on something. After keeping me waiting in his conference room for almost an hour, he then returns and apologizes for keeping me waiting. As I start discussing my case again, he showed very little interest in what I was saying and changed the conversation immediately to giving him a $5,000 retainer. He then left the room again to take a 40-45 min phone call while I just sat there waiting. As he comes back in the room again he immediately asked for the $5,000 dollar retainer. This was confusing to me because we barley went through my case and I still wasn't even sure if I had a potential lawsuit or not. When I refused to pay Joe the $5,000 dollars he grew very frustrated and angry and told me that I have wasted his time and that I needed to pay him for the hours he left me siting in his conference room. He even referred to himself saying, "I don't mean to sound like a cheap hooker but you need to pay me for my time." In all my years of business and dealing with attorney's I've never heard any of them talk the way he did. I then told Joe I did't feel it was fair to pay him for the 3 hours I was there because 2 of those hours he kept me waiting in his conference room by myself and I originally thought I was coming in for a free 30-60 min consultation according to his text message the day before. This caused Joe to get extremely frustrated and demanded I pay him $1700 dollars right away. He literally got up out of his seat, stood over me and started yelling at me for not paying him for his time. He intimated me and made me feel extremely uncomfortable so I gave him the $1700 and ran out of his office. I never hired him, never got any legal advice from him and never signed anything with him. He used intimidation to get me to pay him and honestly he wasn't worth the hassle of arguing with. So I strongly advise anyone to be extremely cautious if meeting with Joe privately and alone at his office. If you are going to meet with Joe at his office, I strongly advise you to bring someone else with you as a second set of eyes and ears DO NOT GO MEET JOSEPH D. CRONIN ALONE.

I hired Mr. Cronin 2 years ago and til' this day I can barely get an appointment, an answer or a meeting with him. I am permanently injured and have had the record for being patient. His receptionist, his team have been extremely disrespectful and mean-spirited and have treated me like trash. This ma...n does not care about anyone but himself. And judging by whom he hires, they are low class like him. I will be disassociating myself from Mr. Cronin and his unprofessional team and will be finding someone who doesn't sit on his behind and scams. If there was a zero rating I'd give it to him.

I hired Mr. Cronin to handle my medical malpractice case. He was amazing, personable, and he really cares! He beat the hospital’s lawyers every step of the way, and took our case to trial. If you go to trial for any case, you want him! He always returned my calls, and he never pushed me off... to another lawyer. I highly recommend Joe Cronin as an amazing attorney attorney and person.

Joe Cronin is as calm, cool and collected as they come. He is smart, aggressive and knows how to win people, especially a jury, over. He handled my husband’s slip and fall case involving a brain injury from falling at an apartment complex. Mr. Cronin fought very very hard to get my husband the m...edical treatment that he needed, and even harder to win a huge sum of money for us. He loves the courtroom, and after the insurance company caved during trial, he caught them in so many lies it was awesome!!!!! We settled because Joe got us exactly what we wanted, actually more. You want Joe Cronin on your side, trust me, he's your GUY and the GREATEST!
