Jennifer Maude Horn

Owner of Horn Williamson, LLC a construction and commercial litigation law firm serving the Mid-Atlantic Region. Jennifer Horn is an attorney with comprehensive construction experience in client representation, project counseling, negotiation and litigation. She has built her practice representing homeowners, construction managers, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, sureties in matters arising from private, state and federal construction projects. She regularly represents private homeowners in connection with stucco defects, siding and window installation failures. Jennifer regularly analyzes proposed construction contracts to evaluate a client’s exposure, and ensure best practices in connection with construction contract payment, dispute resolution, insurance and other provisions.

Jennifer’s knowledge of building envelope defects including defects to stucco, siding and EIFS, has proved invaluable to the successful resolution of such claims.

Admitted to practice law in Maryland, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and District of Columbia, Jennifer is a frequent speaker and teacher at construction industry events. She has been nominated to the Board of the Maryland Building Congress Exchange, and serves on the Leadership Advisory Council of Women Impacting Public Policy. Ms. Horn is Past President of the National Association of Women in Construction’s Philadelphia Chapter, and active in numerous professional organizations, including ABC, GBCA, and the ABA. She serves as a Construction Arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association. Most recently, Jennifer served as a speaker at the American Bar Association's Construction Law Forum in Newark, New Jersey, on the topic of Construction Contracts - Payment Provisions. 

Jennifer has been continually recognized from 2013 as a Construction Litigation “Superlawyer” by Superlawyer magazine, has authored many articles relating to the construction industry and is a frequent lecturer.
